Groundskeeper

Job Overview

Provide general maintenance support, including cleaning vacant units for occupancy, daily grounds maintenance (trash pick-up and curb appeal), cleaning office and common areas, and light maintenance repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, curtain rods). This role is similar to an entry-level Technician I position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare units for rent (cleaning appliances, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc.)
• Perform general landscaping and snow removal (manual equipment only)
• Carry out other unskilled maintenance duties

Requirements & Skills:

• General maintenance or related field experience
• Strong customer service skills (direct interaction with residents and staff)
• Excellent de-escalation and conflict management abilities
• General labor experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and ability to apply them

Pay: $25.00 per hour
