What you'll do
> Meet with homeowners and property managers on company-provided and self-generated leads
> Inspect roofs and exteriors, document damage, and build estimates in the CRM
> Present roofing and exterior solutions and close the sale
> Hunt your own business through referrals, follow-ups, and your network — that's where the big money is
> Own your pipeline from first contact through completed install
What you bring
> Drive, hustle, and a closer's mentality — this role rewards the hungry
> A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a decent driving record
> Comfort climbing ladders and walking roofs
> Roofing, exterior, or home-improvement sales experience is a plus — but we'll train the right competitor
> Comfortable on a smartphone and willing to learn a CRM
> Ability to operate as an independent contractor (you manage your own taxes and schedule)
> 18+
