Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting the full recruiting lifecycle by partnering with hiring managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, source and screen qualified candidates, and deliver a strong candidate experience. This role builds trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, manages recruiting activity through the applicant tracking system, develops pipelines for critical roles, and provides market insight to support effective hiring decisions.

This is a fully remote position with some travel throughout the year.
