Responsibilities

Ensures proper and safe handling and storage of equipment, returning equipment to appropriate location.

Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.

Cleans and maintains sanitation areas and organizes cleaning supplies including hanging up mops and brooms.

Organizes supply rack, including pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils, etc.

Operates cleaning equipment and tools to ensure only clean and sanitary items are used in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.

Racks dirty items (silverware, plates, glassware, etc).

Inspects, pulls, and stacks cleaned items.

Qualifications

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability.

Must have great customer service skills - all our positions come into contact with guests!
