We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to do evals in client's homes in Massillon, Canton, and/or Summit County. You can pick what areas you want to work; no certain area is required. This would be a PRN position, as a specific number of hours per week cannot be guaranteed. We pay $75 per Eval and an additional $25 if you are required to do an Oasis. You work the days/times that work for you. As long as the patient agrees and you stay in your scheduled plan/frequency, it doesn't matter what days/times you work... that is up to you!
Experience with OASIS is not required. We would be happy to teach you!
We need a PT to do Evals and write treatment plans for the PTA and then supervise and co-sign PTA visit notes. Or... if you want to do the treatment visits you are welcome to do so for $45 per treatment visit. This could be a Part or Full time job if you want to do the treatment visits as well. You then would earn Vacation, PTO, holiday pay, and be eligible for Medical insurance.
You can make your own schedule. As long as the client is agreeable, you can schedule on whatever days and times work for you!
Candidates must have at least 1 year experience as a PT, you must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license.
