Now Hiring: Full-Time Clinicians (LCSW-R, LCSW, LMHC-D, LMHC)
Locations: Hamburg, NY
Tranquil Waters Counseling is currently seeking full-time, fully licensed clinicians (LCSW-R, LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMHC) to join our growing private group practice at our Hamburg location.
Position Highlights:
- Employment Type: W-2 employee
- Compensation: Paid per session
- Schedule: Flexible
- Combination of in-person and telehealth sessions
- One remote workday per week offered
- Minimum of two evening shifts per week required due to client demand (last scheduled at 7pm)
- Expectation of twenty-five sessions per week

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Full NYS licensure required to practice in New York State (LCSW-R, LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMHC)
- Three years of related experience in an outpatient mental health setting
- Experience diagnosing a range of mental health and/or substance use disorders is preferred
Clinician Responsibilities:
1. Develop Treatment Plans
Create comprehensive, goal-oriented treatment plans based on client needs identified during the assessment process and biopsychosocial evaluations.
2. Manage Caseload
Maintain an active caseload of clients, providing consistent and effective, evidence-based therapeutic services.
3. Documentation and Recordkeeping
Ensure timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation and maintenance of client records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
