Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to support document management and office operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate project records by scanning, organizing, and uploading documents into a Project Management Information System (PMIS). Candidates with experience in administrative support, office management, or construction-related environments are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and SharePoint
- Experience with bulk document scanning and digital file management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to understand and manage various document types
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Construction or project-based office experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
