Our Financial Services team helps make that experience accessible through strong financial products and seamless operational execution. As a Financial Services Operations Intern , you’ll support teams across the European markets, helping to keep key project trackers and workflows updated, supporting daily remarketing operations, and contributing to benchmarking and process documentation improvements. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain real exposure to how financial services operations support a fast-moving, global automotive business.

What you’ll do

As a Financial Services Operations Intern, you’ll help keep key financial services initiatives running smoothly across markets. Your work will combine Project Management support (tracking, coordination, meeting hygiene) and finance operations (processes, reporting, benchmarking, and daily execution).

Project Management:

Keep key project trackers up to date, ensuring progress is visible and accurate

Support meeting effectiveness by taking clear minutes, capturing actions, owners, and decisions

Support Remarketing daily tracking (e.g., monitoring returning vehicles and triggering the correct next steps)

Finance Operations:

Support monthly finance operations activities such as:

Subvention/incentive tracking

Keeping financial calculators updated

Creating or updating marketing materials related to financial products

Conduct benchmarking activities and prepare concise summaries for stakeholders

Help review and improve Process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures) for finance workflows - spot gaps, propose improvements, and help document changes

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who enjoys structured work, learns quickly, and is comfortable balancing recurring tasks with improvement initiatives.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master, preferably in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, International Business.

Attention to detail, you catch inconsistencies early and ensure accuracy

Structured and analytical mindset, you can organize data, compare inputs, and draw clear conclusions

Teamwork collaboration, you are comfortable working across countries and stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Nice to have

French and/or German language skills (English is required)

Any exposure to financial products (especially automotive/leasing)

Curiosity about EVs and how financial products enable adoption

Interest in process improvement and mapping
