Come join a great manufacturing company that has been in the industry since 1960. We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant in the City of Industry Ca.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in visitors while maintaining office security by following visitor procedures, monitoring the visitor log, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
  • Receive product samples and maintain the sample log, ensuring samples requiring refrigeration or freezing are handled immediately.
  • Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints, mail promotional coupons or giveaways, and maintain accurate records in Excel.
  • Maintain and restock office and coffee station supplies.
  • Assist the Customer Service department with data entry, paperwork collection, and other administrative support as needed.
  • Process Amazon vendor orders daily by entering customer orders into the company system.
  • Create shipment requests, print box labels, coordinate order fulfillment with the Pick & Pack team, generate shipping notifications, and process completed shipments in the system.
  • Update product pricing as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing department to order packing materials.
  • Track artwork revisions and ensure product images remain current and consistent in the Amazon catalog and shared drive.
  • Create shipping labels for product samples.
  • Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years work experience in office environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Excel
