Administrative Assistant (Korean/English Preferred)
JP International LLC is a growing company operating rental car, corporate housing, and automotive businesses in the Austin area. We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Type
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Monday – Friday
- On-site
Location
Hutto / Taylor, TX
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Manage reservations, schedules, and appointments
- Create and track invoices and payments
- Maintain records and perform data entry
- Support daily administrative operations
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and team members
- Assist with rental car and corporate housing operations
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or similar software
- Experience in hospitality, automotive, rental car, or property management industries
