Our client, a premier commercial real estate firm, is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their team in **Boise, Idaho, US**. This is an on-site position, critical for fostering team synergy and direct client engagement within the vibrant Boise market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring a team of talented sales professionals. You will play a pivotal role in driving property sales, leasing, and client acquisition efforts across our diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate a team of commercial real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and property tours to negotiation and closing. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities. Set performance metrics, monitor sales activities, and provide regular performance feedback to the sales team. Manage the sales budget and resource allocation effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other industry stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and real estate regulations. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, particularly in the **Boise, Idaho, US** area. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MS Office Suite.
