DelRicht is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to connect patients to our clinical research trials. This is an on-site, phone-based recruiting role with warm leads: you’ll be reaching out to people who have already expressed interest in participating in a trial and helping them understand whether an opportunity may be a fit.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is motivated by measurable goals, and wants to leverage their sales, call center, or customer-facing experience in a mission-driven healthcare setting. You’ll play an important role in moving medicine forward by supporting patient access to clinical trials. Sales Representative's Main Objective
Overall, the Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining all activities related to patient contact for new and current clinical trial participants.
- Contact warm leads by phone and help schedule interested patients for clinical trial opportunities
- Follow study priorities and company goals to determine which patient accounts need attention first
- Use scripts and systems to guide conversations, document activity, and move candidates through the scheduling process
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed and compassionate conversations
- Collaborate closely with teammates, site managers, and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes
- Participate in coaching, observations, and one-on-one support as you ramp into the role
Skills Needed to Win
- Required: 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- Required: A people-oriented, compassionate communication style
- Required: Openness to share rotating Saturday coverage
- Preferred: Sales, call center, collections, banking, customer service, or other outbound call-heavy experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $33,000-$40,000, plus commission. Commission is paid every paycheck. Average first-year earnings are approximately $43,000-$45,000, with higher earning potential for strong performers. Top performers can earn significantly more through commission.
