Dual Rate Pit Manager TG

Position Overview:

The Dual Rate Pit Manager Table Games is responsible for overseeing the operations of the gaming floor for a designated Pit and to ensure that all gaming activities are conducted in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as Company policies, practices and procedures. While acting as the Dual Rate Pit Manager, oversee table game operations, including opening and closing duties for assigned shift, and ensure that the specified games are dealt with a high degree of proficiency. Manage the Table Games team to include efficient staffing, team member development and training, performance management, hiring/termination decisions and policy enforcement.
