Job Summary:

As Ruggable's Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations and bulk wholesale fulfillment. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and shipped on time to exceed customer expectations. You will manage real-time inventory tracking and proactively prevent stockouts across a multi-shift operation while ensuring the seamless delivery of raw materials to internal production teams. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with at least five years of experience in manufacturing support, spanning e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale channels. We are looking for a professional with two years of management experience who will naturally embody and instill our company values within their team

What You’ll Do:

Warehouse Operations

Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards

Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation

Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain and network warehouse leaders to develop standard work and best practices

Fulfillment Management Purchasing

Oversee the order fulfillment process for bulk wholesale orders ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs

Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align production, shipping and receiving schedules

Identify and source vendors for plant services and goods

Place orders and create system to manage the procurement process for any material and supplies purchased locally

Leadership Team Development

Manage, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates, leads, and supervisors

Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork

Schedule labor to meet fluctuating production and order demands

Continuous Improvement Systems

Monitor and improve SQDC KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock-outs, on-time shipment, and productivity

Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and lean initiatives

Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track inventory and fulfillment performance

Partner with IT and operations leadership to integrate new technologies that improve efficiency and scalability

Innovation and Strategy

Drive Innovation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency

Yearly Imperatives: Take full ownership of hitting high-level yearly business goals

Network Alignment: Ensure your facility maintains strict Network Pod Alignment for seamless operations

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or fulfillment work

2 years of Management experience

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Netsuite) platforms

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred:

Fluency in Spanish and English

Experience delivering improvement with Six Sigma and/or Lean Methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to perform repetitive tasks (bending, reaching, handling materials)

Ability to lift and move materials as required (Up to 50 lbs)

Compensation:

$80,000 - $90,000 per year base salary

An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role

Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
