Job Description:

Starbucks is looking for individuals for the role of Client Relations Representative, whose main duties involve beverage preparation, customer assistance, and aiding in the smooth functioning of daily store activities within a high-energy coffee shop setting. The responsibilities of Client Relations Representatives include accepting customer requests, managing the cash register, creating coffee and espresso beverages, producing cold drinks and food products, keeping the work space tidy, replenishing supplies, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company guidelines to create coffee, espresso, and cold drinks with precision and excellence.
• Accurately receive customer requests and handle transactions through the cash register for both cash and card payments.
• Offer customer service that is warm, effective, and tailored to individual needs.
• Make food preparations and uphold correct handling procedures according to established food safety protocols.
• Keep the workspace, tools, and customer spaces free from dirt and clutter.
• Replenish cups, ingredients, and supplies as necessary during the work period.
• Provide support for drive-thru procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee efficient and precise completion of orders.

Qualifications:

• Preferred qualifications include prior experience in customer service or food service, although it is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in managing tasks swiftly in a dynamic work setting.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in fundamental arithmetic needed for managing financial transactions.
• The ability to work during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
