Scope of Work — Roofing Project
- Complete tear-off and disposal of existing roofing (3 layers) on the main house and detached shed.
- Install new architectural asphalt shingles on all roof sections.
- Repair/replace damaged roof decking as needed on the shed (there is a leak) and inspect house for any decking repairs that may be needed.
- Install new underlayment, ice & water shield, flashing, drip edge, ridge cap, and pipe boots.
- Existing gutters stay in place — do not remove.
- Clean up all job-related debris and leave site broom clean.
Materials:
- Shingles, underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and all associated trim provided.
Notes for Contractor:
- Must have tools to complete the job
- Multiple roof sections tie together
- Take before, during, and after photos.
- Need a clean, long-lasting roof with no rework.
Pay: $2,500.00 per week
