The Office Manager, under the general direction of a Program Director, is responsible for the management of the physical plant of the program office. The Office Manager is responsible for providing support to program administration to expedite the efficiency and effectiveness of program services in a manner consistent with the organization’s mission. The Office Manager contributes to the maintenance of client, foster parent and staff files to ensure the program is meeting all licensing state and local codes. The office manager has financial responsibilities, which may include, overseeing payments to foster parents, handling petty cash, and allocations of credit cards.
