Receiving Specialist

Position Overview

Fastening Specialists is seeking a dependable Receiving Specialist to help manage inbound product flow. This role unloads shipments, verifies receiving accuracy, labels and stages material, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and accurately
• Verify quantities, product identity, and shipment condition
• Label and stage inbound product for put-away or further handling
• Report shortages, damages, or receiving issues to leadership
• Operate forklifts safely after training and certification
• Maintain organized and safe receiving areas
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Warehouse or receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to follow instructions and support a fast-moving operation
• Forklift experience is helpful, but not required
