Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial accounts
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Demonstrated capability with industry-leading agency management systems (e.g., AppliedEpic, AMS360).
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, products, and agency best practices.
• Proven ability to proactively manage commercial insurance accounts, including servicing client needs, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims.

The Core Responsibilities

• Service a book composed primarily of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
• Cultivate strong, trusting client partnerships through highly professional and attentive service.
• Efficiently execute essential policy functions, including the processing of certificates, notices of cancellation, and endorsements.
• Timely and accurate handling of all requests for information and necessary documentation.
• Prepare thorough applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by the producer.
• Coordinate directly with carriers and markets to obtain timely and accurate quotations.
