Diesel Mechanic – Dayton, OH | Mobile Truck Technician

All Fleet Inc is currently hiring a mobile diesel technician to join our established field service team in the Dayton area. We provide around-the-clock support to fleets and owner-operators across Ohio, and this role offers steady work and high earning potential for skilled, motivated techs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs
• Your own tools (not provided)
• Valid driver’s license
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanour
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations
