Receptionist, Entertainment & Gaming

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, closing tickets, scanning documents, and assisting with light accounting duties. There are also opportunities for growth and advancement within the company for the right person. This role is extremely important to the overall customer experience, so professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Just as important, the ability to welcome customers with a friendly smile and a genuinely helpful attitude is a must. We want every guest who walks through our doors to immediately feel welcomed and appreciated.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned
