Payroll Admin – High Volume Data Entry

Location: On-site- Corona, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Administrator to support high‑volume payroll data entry for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. This role is critical to ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self‑motivated, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain payroll data for 1,000+ employees with a high level of accuracy
  • Input payroll information into the LCD Tracker system
  • Review payroll data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Resolve discrepancies and correct errors in a timely manner
  • Meet strict payroll deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
  • Collaborate with payroll, HR, and operations teams as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with high‑volume data entry, preferably in payroll
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently in a deadline‑driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous payroll administration experience
  • Experience working with payroll tracking systems or similar tools
  • Familiarity with large employee populations (1,000+)

Compensation: $27 to $30 per hour
