## Commercial Sales Specialist — Birmingham

As a Commercial Sales Specialist you will help grow our commercial customer base and drive revenue across multiple service lines, including pest prevention, termite solutions, and Envirolawn services. Your day will include delivering persuasive sales presentations to commercial customers, cross-selling pest and lawn services to existing clients, proactively following up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries, and executing a high volume of outbound and follow-up calls. You will close deals and meet monthly sales targets for pest, lawn, and termite services, accurately measure properties and prepare detailed service proposals, maintain strong customer relationships after the sale and encourage referrals, and collect competitive intelligence to share with your team. Working with urgency, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction is expected.

We expect candidates to have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must have prior Commercial Pest Control experience. Excellent communication skills are essential: you should be able to build trust quickly and know how to close. We look for people who are self-motivated, organized, and energized by a fast-paced environment and who can learn technical service information and communicate it clearly. A clean-cut, professional image with high integrity and attention to detail is important. The role requires comfort working independently, driving extensively, and spending time outdoors. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass drug screening.
