Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Early Intervention

Connect Kids Inc. is looking for an energetic, passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Early Intervention. You'll support infants and young children with developmental delays through some of the most critical years for communication growth, while helping families feel confident supporting that growth at home. Build your own caseload and set a schedule that fits your life, delivering in-person sessions in the child's home, school, or community-based setting.

What You'll Do

• Develop treatment plans based on each child's specific needs
• Deliver ongoing evidence-based therapy to support functional communication skills
• Coach families and caregivers on practices to utilize at home
• Document progress and outcomes in our EMR system
• Stay current on best practices

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of pediatric experience (experience with the early intervention population is preferred)
• An energetic, passionate approach
• Strong communication skills
• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Dedication to ongoing learning
