This hybrid Occupational Therapist position offers the flexibility to provide care in our Lincoln Park clinic as well as through Early Intervention and community-based services. Flexible hybrid schedule with in-clinic work not required full-time
Full-time clinicians maintain approximately 30 direct service and evaluation hours weekly
Availability across five days per week, including at least one evening coverage day
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients
Deliver therapy services across clinic, home, daycare, and school settings
Participate in team meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities
Pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment skills
Knowledge of fine motor, visual motor, and handwriting development
Activities of daily living (ADL) training including feeding, dressing, and self-care
Family-centered coaching and caregiver education experience
Adaptability across clinic, home, school, and community environments
