Job Summary:
Starbucks is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to assist with beverage preparation, customer service, and daily store operations in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences by providing efficient service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately take customer orders and process cash and card transactions at the register.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and personalized customer assistance.
- Prepare food items while following proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts as needed.
- Support drive-thru operations where applicable.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
