Qualification of Bilingual Sales Support Associate:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or GED certification.
• Demonstrated experience of one year or more is essential for this role, validated through either work experience or military service.
• Flexibility in working hours, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules available four weeks ahead.
• Readiness to take on more shifts to increase income, commonly observed in the summer, November-December, and busy holiday seasons.
• Familiarity with operating in a sales structure tied to performance-based pay.
• Illustrated experience in sales by effectively engaging with customers to seek resolutions.
• Customer service experience.
