To support the evolving design landscape, the full-time Design Recruiter will identify, attract, and engage top design talent while collaborating with design and engineering leaders to develop inclusive hiring strategies and enhance candidate experiences. Key responsibilities Design and execute innovative recruiting strategies to engage diverse design talent from various pathways Partner with design and engineering leaders to align hiring frameworks and adapt approaches to meet team needs Build authentic candidate experiences and contribute to shaping the future of design roles at Microsoft Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition or related experience 3+ years of experience recruiting for designers, systems thinkers, and creative technologists Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and adapt to varying priorities Experience in developing effective hiring strategies in competitive markets Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across various partners
