Intellectual Property Coordinator (part-time)

The Intellectual Property Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of the Company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and related legal documentation. Working closely with inventors, business leaders, and outside intellectual property counsel, this position coordinates patent and trademark filings, renewals, correspondence, document execution, and recordkeeping activities. This role serves as the primary administrative liaison between the Company and outside legal counsel to ensure intellectual property matters are handled accurately, timely, and efficiently.
