The Company

Halo Industries, Inc., a pioneer in manufacturing innovation with light-based technologies, seeks a highly skilled Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Halo was founded in 2014 at Stanford University and is now moving into a production phase with significant funding secured in 2024. Role and Responsibilities:

Partner closely with Software, Mechanical, and Process Engineers to define system requirements and ensure cross-functional integration of semiconductor capital equipment

Design electrical power distribution, device I/O control, interlock schemes and interface circuitry

Integrate, direct and lead other team members in accomplishing system design, build and test

Lead design reviews, risk assessments and DFMEA processes within a stage-gate process

Create and manage project schedules with strong ownership of deliverables

Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing partners to build, refine and release designs
