Description - What Awaits You

• Conduct a variety of routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and so much more-in accordance with established procedures.
• Examine test results for precision, troubleshoot inaccuracies, and ensure the optimal functioning of lab instruments through regular maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with the collection and preparation of specimens for testing, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain precise documentation of all processes, mentor new personnel, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workplace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education • A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications • Acquisition of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
