Shipping Supervisor

The Shipping Supervisor at Minnkota Windows will lead and manage outbound shipping and dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery performance. They will supervise shipping associates, material handlers and drivers, manage truck schedules and routes, coordinate internal and external carriers, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and DOT requirements.
