Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role is highly beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of professional baking techniques and strict adherence to food safety regulations.
• Must possess or be able to secure all mandatory food safety certifications.
• Strong fundamental math skills and the ability to perform accurate numerical calculations are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to following workplace standards, including the consistent use of required uniforms and safety gear.

Responsibilities:

• Follow production guidelines and standardized recipes to bake an assortment of pastries and baked goods.
• Get your baking station ready with all the necessary tools and ingredients.
• Assemble the ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and other essential actions.
• Manage baking machinery like ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Safely employ kitchen tools, such as knives, when engaging in food prep activities.
• Store food in a manner that aligns with food safety policies and procedures.
• After completion of tasks, it is crucial to clean and sanitize workspaces, tools, and utensils to prevent contamination.
• Provide stellar customer service and display a positive attitude when dealing with guests, clients, customers, coworkers, and others.
• Adhere to Aramark safety guidelines and protocols, which encompass correct procedures for food safety and sanitation.
• Secure company property by strictly observing designated security protocols.
