Who You Are:

You’re the go-with-the-flow rockstar every preschool dreams of. Need help in the toddler room? You’re there. Pre-K needs backup? You’re already on your way. You bring the energy, the flexibility, and the magic that keeps our school running smoothly—and our little learners smiling.

What You’ll Do (AKA Your Superpowers):

✔ Pop into multiple classrooms like a boss, ready to support wherever needed

✔ Jump into playtime, story time, snack time—and everything in between

✔ Help implement creative, hands-on activities that make learning FUN

✔ Keep kiddos safe, supported, and smiling all day long

✔ Be a reliable right-hand to our lead teachers and a friendly face to our families

✔ Tackle daily routines like a champ: diaper duty, lunch setup, naptime snuggles—we see you

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

Flexible and fabulous under pressure

Full of energy, patience, and preschool pep

A communication ninja (with adults and tiny humans)

A quick learner who loves jumping into new experiences

A team player who makes every classroom feel supported and seen

Bonus Points If You Have:

DCF 45 Hours (or in the process!)

CPR & First Aid Certification

Prior experience in early childhood settings

A flair for fun and a heart of gold

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

8-hour shifts

No weekends (We value your work-life balance!)
