About the Role

Atlas Pressure Control is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives across our Houston and Odessa locations. This role will drive organization-wide efficiency, identify and execute operational improvements, and build a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching and professional development. The ideal candidate brings a certified Lean Six Sigma, Gemba, or Obeya background and is equally comfortable on the shop floor as they are presenting improvement roadmaps to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement initiatives across departments and locations, from root-cause analysis through full implementation

Conduct regular Gemba walks and facilitate Obeya-style visual management practices to surface operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

Partner with department leaders and field teams in both Houston and Odessa to standardize processes and reduce waste

Design and deliver professional development programs that build continuous improvement capability across the organization, including training frontline supervisors and managers in CI methodologies

Lead cross-functional kaizen events and improvement projects, tracking measurable outcomes (cost savings, cycle time reduction, quality improvements)

Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track the impact of improvement initiatives organization-wide

Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Lean/Six Sigma, Gemba, and Obeya methodologies

Travel approximately 50% of the time between Houston and Odessa locations to support in-person implementation and training
