This hire owns our commercial engine and helps open that next chapter.
Location: Remote (Global) Time Zone Requirement: Must overlap 4+ hours with US/EU Business Hours.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a founding commercial seat for an exceptional salesperson — someone who has mastered the craft of selling itself. Not a manager. Not a domain expert. A closer.
There is no sales team, no SDRs, and no inherited pipeline. You will personally sell, build the outbound motion, the CRM, and the process as the sales systems builder, and over time make the case for the first team hire. You will carry a quota on our existing Web3 book from day one and lead our push into new markets.
We will give you a technically superior product, a category-leading brand, a direct line to the CEO and CTO, and full commercial ownership. You bring world-class selling. We do not need you to arrive as a crypto or security expert — we will teach you the domain. We need someone whose instinct for persuasion, whose feel for a buyer, and whose track record of closing are simply elite.
WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING
Bug Bounty Programs: Protocol and enterprise teams engage Immunefi for ongoing security coverage; researchers are incentivized to find and responsibly disclose vulnerabilities. Our economic-alignment model — matching payout to risk — is our core differentiator over incumbents.
Managed Triage (MTS): Immunefi reviews and triages incoming vulnerability reports on the client’s behalf.
Audit Competitions: Time-boxed, incentivized competitive audits that surface vulnerabilities at scale.
All contracts are annual or multi-year (no monthly rolling); we actively push for multi-year agreements with discounting as the incentive.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Commercial ownership: You personally run the full cycle — prospecting, pitch, negotiation, close — across our existing Web3 book (protocols, DeFi projects, DAOs): renewals, expansion, and net-new logos.
New-market entry: You test, validate, and close our first enterprise accounts beyond crypto. You define the pitch, the ICP, and the playbook through direct customer engagement.
Sales infrastructure: You build the CRM, pipeline process, outreach systems, and reporting from scratch — designed to scale limitlessly and be inherited by you and your peers
AI-first operations: You build AI-native workflows for lead generation, outreach, deal tracking, and pipeline. Immunefi is an AI-maximalist organization — you solve scale with systems, not headcount.
Commercial intelligence: You translate buyer signals, objections, and unmet needs back to Product and leadership, in writing. You are the market’s voice inside the company.
WHO YOU ARE
A master of the craft of selling. This is the heart of the role and the first thing we will assess. You read people quickly, build trust faster, and move a room. You know how to open, qualify, handle an objection, create urgency, and close. You are energized by people and by the deal. Your persuasive instinct and presence are elite.
You came up through the craft. You started at the frontline of sales — carrying a bag, making the calls, taking the rejection, owning a number — and you rose step by step on results. You know selling from its most tactical, practical level because you have lived every rung.
An elite individual contributor, dedicated to mastering your craft rather than chasing a management path. You are not here to build a team and delegate the hard part — you are the hard part. You run your own pipeline, outreach, and CRM.
A builder and an operator. You have taken a sales function from zero — first or early sales hire, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity. You have built systems (AI-assisted workflows you designed, not just tools you adopted) and can describe what you built, why, and what it replaced.
A seller who closes on consequence, not features. Our pitch is existential — we sell organizations the means to not die from a security breach. You can frame risk credibly, earn technical trust, and close on stakes, not feature lists.
Industry-agnostic. Security, fintech, financial services, industrial, machinery, SaaS — wherever you sharpened world-class selling, we want to hear it. The domain is learnable and we will teach it; your selling instinct and track record are what matter. Prior exposur…
