Experienced Finish Carpenter/Installer

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in areas of traditional wood and metal framing, sheathing, insulation and weatherization. Plus experience installing windows and siding is preferred.
• Installation of interior and exterior trim carpentry - installation of trim, moulding, and wall surface panels (veneer plywood, drywall) required.
• Installation of flooring - LVP Glue Down and Tile flooring
• Operate all power and air tools - Drills/Drivers, Table, Circular, Band, Jig Saws, Angle Grinder, Nailers and Staplers.
• Operate a forklift safely to move containers and accept deliveries
• Communicate effectively, accurately, and respectfully with customers and other team members
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers and team members
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, photos, or other required documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of general carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, and/or cabinet-making experience, experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square.
• Ability to lift and/ or push and/ or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Experience with electrical and plumbing.
• General construction experience and knowledge.
• Applicants must hold a valid drivers license and be able to have reliable transportation to and from the shop daily.
• Willingness to travel

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
