Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Wine and Food Server. In this lively role, you will create memorable dining experiences by expertly serving wine and food, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring every guest feels valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop customer engagement within a vibrant hospitality environment. Availability to work evenings,week nights, and weekends hours. Hourly paid and share of tips.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections, including wine pairings .
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Handle POS transactions accurately using Orderport system, including cash handling and billing.
• Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling, sanitation, and meal preparation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and adhere to food industry safety regulations at all times.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a lively, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and personal skills
• Interest in wine and a willingness to learn ( experience a plus, but not required)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
