The Administrative Assistant to the MiMTSS Director is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the MiMTSS Technical Assistance (TA) Center. This position provides administrative, organizational, fiscal, and communication support to ensure effective implementation of statewide Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) initiatives in collaboration with the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), Office of Special Education (OSE), Intermediate School Districts (ISDs), and Local Education Agencies (LEAs).

The Administrative Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for the TA Center, assists with grant and budget tracking, prepares reports and documentation, coordinates meetings and events, and maintains confidential and accurate records. The Administrative Assistant shall quickly become proficient in systems and platforms utilized by the TA Center, including state grant systems, data management tools, and standard office software.
