Job Summary

H&S Painting & Refinishing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a field-based role responsible for meeting with homeowners, conducting on-site consultations, preparing estimates, managing projects, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has experience in residential painting, construction, remodeling, or home improvement and is comfortable working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled consultations.
• Inspect properties and assess project scope.
• Measure spaces and prepare accurate estimates.
• Present proposals and explain services to customers.
• Build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and close sales.
• Coordinate project scheduling with office staff and production teams.
• Manage projects from start to completion.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate project updates with customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate notes in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with painters and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, Sales Representative, or Construction Manager.
• Experience in painting, remodeling, roofing, flooring, or home improvement preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build trust and close sales.
• Comfortable using CRM software and mobile apps.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing residential estimates.
• Knowledge of painting products and application methods.
• Experience using JobTread, DripJobs, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM software.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
