Outside Sales Representative - Roofing, Windows, Siding, Decks

Left Coast Exteriors is seeking an experienced Estimator / Sales Consultant with a proven background in roofing, siding, windows, and exterior remodeling sales.

We are looking for a professional who can confidently meet with homeowners, identify project needs, provide accurate estimates, and close sales. This is an opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong reputation and an unlimited earning potential.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully building customer relationships and following the sales process.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with homeowners.
• Present sales presentation and cost-benefit analysis to homeowners interested in one of the products/services we offer.
• Learn the sales process, acquire knowledge in financing, and apply what you've learned during sales appointments.
• Run 2-3 appointments per day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling roofing, siding, windows, or exterior remodeling projects
• Proven track record of closing residential home improvement sales
• Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling products and installation processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing, siding, window, decking, and exterior remodeling projects
• Conduct thorough property inspections and assessments
• Prepare and present detailed project estimates
• Educate homeowners on products, installation methods, and project options
• Follow up on proposals and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Accurately document project information and customer selections
• Represent Left Coast Exteriors with professionalism and integrity

Knowledge of roofing, windows, and/or siding. Make 150K to 250K your first year!!
