Retail general managers are accountable for their assigned retail sales center, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness, a safe work environment, team culture and morale, customer satisfaction, and achievement of financial goals. He/she coaches and develops managers and employees. He/she is accountable for results and continuous improvement.
