Permanent Substitute Teachers at Grow Elementary School are valued members of our educational team. In addition to providing classroom coverage when teachers are absent or attending meetings, Permanent Substitute Teachers play an active role in supporting students throughout the school day and assisting our behavioral support team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and development of students with social-emotional disabilities within a therapeutic educational environment.

Job Requirements
- Appropriate Massachusetts DESE teacher licensure, preferred or be working towards licensing. Additional license areas will be considered. Demonstrated successful teaching with high risk youth desirable. Completion of the physical management training provided upon hire.
- At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
