At Appellation, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury hospitality. Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, this supervisory position is responsible for leading daily housekeeping operations, coaching and developing the housekeeping team, and ensuring that every guest room, public space, and employee area reflects Appellation's commitment to excellence. This hands-on leadership role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive, team-oriented culture based on accountability and genuine hospitality.

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads by example, assisting with scheduling, performance coaching, and training new team members. They also handle recruitment and interviewing, monitor inventory levels, oversee Lost & Found procedures, and ensure compliance with safety standards, including chemical handling protocols. This role requires responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and service recovery opportunities, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. Additionally, the supervisor performs daily inspections and identifies maintenance needs, working collaboratively with other departments to address any issues.
