Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established laboratory protocols.

Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection processes and appropriately prepare samples for testing.

Ensure comprehensive documentation of all procedures, provide training to new employees or students, and help uphold rigorous lab quality standards.

Ensure a tidy and safe work environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, culminating in exposure to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) Board certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.

Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities that facilitate effective communication with healthcare professionals.

Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail-especially regarding quality control and documentation.
