Join Our Team as a Revenue Accountant!

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Accountant to ensure our revenue recognition processes align with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and client contracts. If you have a passion for finance and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Assist in automating business processes and implementing new financial tools.
  • Prepare detailed revenue analytics for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Process invoices and contracts efficiently in accounting software.
  • Collaborate with various practice areas to gather necessary contract and billing data.
  • Address revenue and billing inquiries from internal teams.
  • Prepare journal entries related to revenue and deferred revenue.
  • Support general ledger reporting for subsidiary companies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to annual financial audits related to Revenue and Accounts Receivable.

Required Skills:

  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 principles is essential.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with revenue recognition principles and familiarity with Workday or similar accounting software is a plus.

This role operates in a hybrid setting, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $81,500-$91,500, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, a 401k plan, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
