Global Project Management Manager

Leading global Project Management teams for Carling, the full-time Global Project Management Manager will manage project managers on product development projects, ensuring high-quality product launches while coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing operational aspects of complex engineering projects. Key responsibilities: Manage and lead the Carling Project Management team across multiple locations, ensuring accountability for team results Monitor project compliance and risk, developing resolutions to meet quality and productivity goals Plan human resource requirements for new product development and ensure effective communication within project teams Required qualifications: B.S. in engineering required; PMP Certification or equivalent preferred 10+ years of experience in a product development environment, with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management within the automotive and commercial vehicle industry Experience interfacing with automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 customers Strong team management and budget planning skills Excellent English communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus
