Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Team Sales Associate role based in Raleigh, NC. The Team Sales Associate supports daily store operations by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate professional beauty products and solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized sales floor, restocking shelves, setting up product displays, and assisting with inventory tasks such as receiving and tagging merchandise. The role also involves operating the point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately, handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies, and promoting current promotions or loyalty programs. Team Sales Associates collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to meet sales goals, provide consistent service, and ensure compliance with store procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to engage customers, ask questions, and recommend products that fit professional needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move products as needed, and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Interest in or experience with beauty, cosmetology, or salon products; professional or educational background in beauty is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
