Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and technical support related to mobile, internet, TV, billing, roaming, account access, and service activation.

Provide sales and account management support by promoting relevant products, contract renewals, plan upgrades, and tailored offers.

Manage customer retention and outbound sales conversations by addressing cancellation requests, resolving concerns, and presenting solutions to retain customers and encourage renewals.

Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
