Monday–Friday · 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: $45,000–$55,000/year

Induction Hardware is a fast-growing premium appliance brand and we're hiring someone who can keep up. This role sits at the intersection of sales and customer experience: you're managing our online storefront, fielding calls, resolving issues, and making sure every person who interacts with us walks away impressed. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Online storefront management — support day-to-day operations across our e-commerce platform, keeping listings, orders, and customer-facing details accurate and up to date
• Phone and email — be the first voice and first response for inbound customer inquiries, handled with speed and professionalism
• Social media responsiveness — monitor and respond to customer questions, comments, and DMs across platforms
• Issue resolution — own problems through to resolution, whether it's a shipping delay, a return, or a frustrated customer who just needs someone to actually help them
• Sales support — guide customers through product questions and purchasing decisions with confidence and product knowledge
• Process improvement — flag what's breaking, suggest fixes, and help build a better operation as we scale

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $45,000–$55,000 base salary
• Stock options after 6–12 months
• Health benefits after 6 months
